Found 3 pending samples from Milano Tessuti

I found 3 late samples: Linen Camp Shirt (Olive), Cotton Trouser (Sand), and Silk Shell (Ecru). Email ready to go. Send it?

How It Works

Five loops, running while you sleep.

Flowy watches your supply chain around the clock, surfaces what needs attention, and acts when you give the word.

01

Daily Ops Brief

Every morning, Flowy scans samples, POs, and inventory. Late deliveries, stale approvals, low stock — surfaced before you open your laptop.

02

Detect and Alert

Issues flagged with severity. 'Milano Tessuti has 3 samples overdue by 14 days.' Problem plus suggested action in one place.

03

Act on Command

Tell Flowy to follow up, create a PO, update a status, or email a factory. Confirms before acting. You stay in control.

04

Email Agent

Factories reply by email. Flowy reads it, extracts the update, changes the status automatically. No manual entry.

05

Full Audit Trail

Every status change, every email, every agent action — logged with timestamps and source. You know exactly what happened and why.

The Problem

40 hours a week on email and spreadsheets.

Your production coordinator emails factories, updates spreadsheets, chases late samples, forwards tracking numbers, and checks if POs were confirmed. Every day. The same work, by hand.

Category

Not a PLM. Not an ERP.

PLMs handle product development — tech packs, materials, costing. ERPs handle finance and inventory accounting. Flowy handles the operations layer between them: the emails, the follow-ups, the status tracking, the PO chasing, the sample updates. The work no existing tool touches — and the reason your coordinator spends 40 hours a week on a keyboard.

That's why onboarding to Flowy takes five minutes, not six months. Keep your PLM. Keep your ERP. We plug into them. We just take over everything your team is still doing by hand.

Integrations

Keep your stack. Lose the spreadsheets.

Flowy plugs into your DTC site, your ERP, your PLM, your email, and your factory comms. It replaces the coordination chaos in between.

In Practice

A week in the life of your coordinator.

One recurring task, shown both ways. The pattern holds for every piece of coordination work in your production pipeline.

TASK · Check if Milano Tessuti confirmed PO-0042

Before Flowy
EPWSX
  1. 1

Open PLM, search for PO-0042, find it buried under three screens of filters.

    PLM · 2 min

  2. 2

Status still says “Sent.” No way to tell if the factory saw it.

    PLM · 30 sec

  3. 3

Open email, search “Milano Tessuti.” 47 results.

    Gmail · 1 min

  4. 4

Skim the last 10 emails for a confirmation. Not there.

    Gmail · 3 min

  5. 5

Check WhatsApp with Carlo. He replied last Tuesday. Maybe.

    WhatsApp · 2 min

  6. 6

Ask the coordinator. Wait 20 minutes for a response.

Questions

How does the automation work?

Tell Flowy what you need in plain English or voice. It queries your data, creates purchase orders, updates sample status, sends emails to factories, and monitors your inventory. It confirms with you before taking any action that can't be undone.

Is Flowy free?

Yes, during early access. When we introduce pricing, it will be usage-based. You pay per action (emails sent, POs created), not for access to features.

Can I import my existing data?

Yes. CSV and Excel imports, plus direct Shopify integration. We're adding more integrations based on what our early users need.

How is this different from a PLM?

PLMs handle product development, tech packs, materials, costing. Flowy handles production operations, the coordination between your brand and your factories. The emails, follow-ups, PO tracking, and sample chasing that a PLM doesn't touch.

What about data security?

Encrypted in transit and at rest. Hosted on Vercel with PostgreSQL. Your data is yours. We never share it or train models on it.
